Uploading issue. Failed to upload document with 'supported format'. Kindly help.

I was unable to upload two of my assignments because of this error code: "The selected file 1554055217_(title of assignment).docx could not be uploaded. File format not supported" and "The selected file 1554055312_(title of assignment).docx could not be uploaded. File format not supported". Kindly assist within the day (31st Mar,19) . Thank you.

Please note, the file you are trying to upload is not as per recommended format. Please upload the same in the recommended format alone. The document should not have any characters like dot, underscore, hyphen etc.
