Technically,we dont find any issues on your page at the backend running the videos. Sccreenshot enclosed. It could probably happen due to two of the below reasons:
1. Accessing content through mobile: Users should access any kind of content only through web and not mobile since all the features are still not synced on mobile devices.
2. Users should use Chrome or Mozilla firefox in place of Internet Explorer to get a better user experience.
