Technically,we dont find any issues at the backend running the videos. It could probably happen due to two of the below reasons:
1. Accessing content through mobile: Users should access any kind of content only through web and not mobile since all the features are still not synced on mobile devices.
2. Users should use Chrome or Mozilla firefox in place of Internet Explorer to get a better user experience.
However, it would help us to investigate further if you provide the specific video details.
