Student Unable to Understand English Language

Dear Sir, We are working in Hindi Medium government school in Rural area. The major problem to use E Content i.e This is in only in English Language. I Play the session but student are not getting and not showing interest in e Content. So Please Requested you to add E Content in Hindi.
