reattend final assessment

Need Answer

My name is Yash Mittal and I am not able to attend the Final assessment. Because if i am logging into learnwise platform this message is coming. And i have logged in from my phone as well as my laptop still the same message is coming. Please can u look into the matter that why this is hapening or can u suggest me a way to overcome this problem that i am facing and help me in attending the final assessment once again

Hi Yash,

Looks like you have tried attempting multiple times and hence showing the message. Please clear your cache and retry. Its working fine now. Screenshot below.

Good Morning This is Yash I've tried doing solution which you told still when I am logging in the message is coming that you have the attempted the quiz and in the reports section also it is coming "Yes" in front of final assessment attempted

Hi Yash,

Looks like you have already attempted the final assessment once and scored 36. Only one attempt is allowed per user. You can download the report from your reports ta as well.
