not show -Learn Wise Usage

Dear sir, regular i do learn wise both level 1 & 2 for 15mnts to 30mnts. But as pur ur sending mail report , my name is not show. What is the problem? I have no multiple batches . So this is for kind information & necessary action. thanks.

Thank you for the message.
We see that you are running 2 courses IT Level 1 & 2 from September onwards. Please check if you have updated the lesson completion status on LearnWISE. Please note, as and when you finish a lesson, you need to go to MANAGE BATHCES>SELECT COURSE>COURSE PLAN(you need to click on the lesson)>MARK AS COMPLETED. Once you do this, your details will show up on all the reports.
In case your name is still not showing up on the reports shared by the Wadhwani Foundation Program Manager, request you to please have a detailed conversation with him on the same.
