MY PRE-ASSESSMENT TEST SHOWING ALREADY TAKEN EVEN WITHOUT SUBMITTING IT.NOW MY SCRORE IS ZERO.

I attempted for pre-assessment test of module-1, I was about to submit my first question and it displayed that you have already taken this test. You may not take it again.

The attempt shows complete with 80% score. Could you tell us what is the specific issue.

Hello, my name is Defi Arika. One of the LearnWISE student member at University of International Batam. I have the same problem. I attempted for pre-assessment test of module-1 (communication basic), I was about to submit my first question but accidentally clicked the back button and it displayed "You have already taken this assessment 1 time. You may not take it again." Can you help me with this, please? Because I haven't take the test yet :(

I registered on the platform now and opened the pre assessment module.

It states that you have taken this test and cannot be taken again whereas i havent taken the pre assessment.
