I am writing to inform you that one of the students final assessment was pending. Because when she is writing the exam laptop was stopped working and the laptop was newly installed OS. Now she is not able to complete the final assessment due to the problem. When she is attempting to write the exam this message is coming. " LOGIN WITH THE SAME SYSYTEM WHERE YOU LEFT THE EXAM" and its showing this screen.

So, shall I continue with WF NEN 101 ? Even If I complete the final assignment of WF NEN 101, So how will I be able to attempt the final assignment for WF NEN 100 ?

Final assessment can be done only once by design. In case you had some technical issues while attempting, please reach out to you faculty. In case of internet outrages, if we receive an email from faculty, we can help you further.

I completed all the video classes and so on, but still the site is showing only 91% completed, and it shows some videos are "not started", So i watched it again several times. But no response.
And can i please get clarified on how do i get the certificate? I have completed the final assessment once, can i get chance to attend it once more?

Please refresh and check the status of completion again. Let us know if it is still showing the same percentage.
Regarding the certificate, once you finish all the lessonwise quizzes, you will be able to attempt the final assessment. Upon completion of final assessment, your faculty will receive the results. You may please approach your faculty regarding the certificates.
