Need Answer

Hi,

When my student is trying to enroll to the batch, it says, "enrollment to the batch has closed."

We tried all the options, I only have 29 students enrolled in the batch but I set it originally at 50. There's still more. Why can't she join the batch?

Please assist.

Dear Chad Hugo,

This could be due to two possibilities: either your student has tried to join with a wrong batch ID or your student limit needs to be edited.

Please look into both the cases and revert with student credentials so that we can support further.

Hi,

There's no need to edit since I originally set to 50 and it is reflected as 50. The number of students who joined the batch is just up to 29 now. So, there's 21 available slots.

Also, they have the correct batch code and institution code and still they cannot join.

Please assist further.

Dear Chad Hugo,

This is because you have marked the Lesson 1 as Complete. Once you do so, your students wont be able to join the batch. Once you resume the class, they should be able to join .
