Some Courses enroll me with free off cost. But now this Courses can not ongoing because now this courses is chargeable. My question is I was get this courses free off cost, so why can charge applicable in this courses ? The courses name is Elementary English Bilingual - Hindi (हिंदी), Learn English - Certificate 10, English for Specific Purpose - GeneralMS Excel 2016 for Small Business.
