chapters complete issue

i have completed each module and every chapter. but when iam seeing in dashboard its showing chapters left 5.why?? please try to fix it as soon as possible.

I am also facing the same issue regarding the green tick even after completion of each and every module.

to be specific the explore activity of the following module are troubling us :

2) Communication skills (Unit 11 : ACTIVE LISTENING )

3) Customer Centrality (Unit 5 : BUILD RAPPORT WITH CUSTOMER )

4) Digital Literacy - Basics (Unit 2 : OPERATING DIGITAL DEVICES 1 )

We are unable to get a green tick on these sections.

please resolve it as soon as possible as we need to complete our course before the deadline given to us which is 20th August , 2020.

Hi,

I am facing the same issue with many units, the green tick doesn;t seem to appear after completion of test mode and explore.

please look into what can be done at earliest as i have to complete the course within 20th aug

    thanks for responding. the course is named britannia marie eskill. in this course under DIGITAL LITERACY module chapter named OPERATING DIGITAL DEVICES.

Finding the same issue with BUILD RAPPORT WITH CUSTOMER lesson in CUSTOMER CENTRICITY module.why is it happening?? After spending so much time and doing the task repeatedly still it's showing not complete,is just like harassing.please fix this.

hello,

I have completed all the chapters but its showing 99% completed. 5 out of 6 chapters has been completed. I find some problem with, costumer centricity Unit 5 - Building Rapport with Customers as tick mark has not yet appreared. I find many errors in it. please check the issue and fix it. Last date to complete is 10 - 08 - 2020. But, i am not able to do it. Please look on it and do the needful. thank yo.u

This happens to all users who are accessing courses through e-skill india app. If you are a Learnwise user, this issue is not reported. The team is working hard to get this fixed and will revert soon.

It's showing course completed. I have completed the summative assessment too. But in the dashboard it's showing 99%. And the two units one Building rapport with customer and Operating digital devices is not showing green tick.pleasw solve the issue. I have mentioned about it earlier but still the problem remains the same.

The content team is fixing this issue with green ticks and dashboard and will definitely revert once done. Meanwhile, do reachout to Wadhwani Foundation Program Manager for alternate solutions.
