The same problem
It is important to complete both Do-play and Do-test, in order to get the greentick. Also, the green tick will only appear when you get the passing score, which is 80%. We encourage students to pass the DO, which means, unless they pass with 80%, it will prompt them to try again and do better, and the greentick will display when the student gets a passing score. But still, if the greentick is not displaying despite getting a passing score, it could be a connectivity/browser related issue. Please do not worry about the DO score. The score will automatically get captured in the backend.
