No green checks in unit and overall

In module 1, unit 7, there is no check in collaborate part. In unit 10, there is no check in do part and overall.
In module 2, unit 13, there is no check in do and overall part. Unit 14, no check in collaborate and overall part.
Please fix the bugs/issues.

DO: It is important to complete both Do-play and Do-test, in order to get the greentick. Also, the green tick will only appear when you get the passing score, which is 80%. We encourage students to pass the DO, which means, unless they pass with 80%, it will prompt them to try again and do better, and the greentick will display when the student gets a passing score. But still, if the greentick is not displaying despite getting a passing score, it could be a connectivity/browser related issue. Please do not worry about the DO score. The score will automatically get captured in the backend.
