Student information missing in the quizzes & assignment

One of my students (June Maiyo: email (junemaiyo@gmail.com) has had a challenge accessing the videos in the lessons. She gets a prompt that her "subscription is not active. She has raised the issue severally but it is yet to be resolved I have further realized that her details do not appear in the quizzes and assignments on my reports portal. Kindly address this students issue, It has been very frustrating for her.
