it shows my batch ID is incorrect. all others were able to join course using same ID. pls help

Please recheck your batch ID from your faculty, if still you aare facing issue send me screenshot of error with that your batch ID and your learnwise email ID.

Even I am having the same problem
I have rechecked the batch id too.
My friend was able to join it from this exact same ID.
Batch ID: HDFC-2107-E65A
my email: sarthak.srivastav186@gmail.com
