Please note, once created, you cannot change the institute code and institute name. You have two option as follows: either delete the existing account or use an alternate email id and register again. To do the first, you need to write to us and by doing so, all records pertaining to that ID will be lost.

No, you can't change your email ID but yes you can just make another account with your institute email ID and then after that we can get the later one deleted from our end.
