Incorrect Marking and Wrong Question Options

No marks given even when partial answer is correct for my quizzes. There is mismatch between question options i.e. One question bears options or answers of another question. This is a huge hault

I would also like to add that there is marking error too and I can prove that to you with screenshot with the error of your system. If the thing is not solved through regular communication I have to take other ways to get it sorted. If I am not able to prove it to you, I will have to prove it to some dedicated authorities

We understand your concern and hence this request to discuss with your Program Manager. They will be able to connect you with the concerned experts. However, there are no technical issues in the marking system since we have checked thoroughly and students from across the world have completed the quizzes and final assessment as well. This could be due to certain questions holding negative marks or 2 correct answers. If you mark one wrong, marks wont be granted.
In case you have problems connecting with Program Manager, please do revert and we will connect you to Regional Head.
