Hi Ganesh,

The green tick simply indicates the progress of each of the topics. Once you completely view the video or document it shows up near the listing of documents. This could take a while to get updated as well.

However, you have watched the video by dragging or simply moving the cursor from one end to the other, it might not show the green tick. You have to watch the video completely.
