As a student, when you click on the COURSES tab on the top menu, you will find the list of courses you have enrolled. You will find a chat box under each of these courses. You may click on that button and talk to your mentor. However, this is a group chat facility. You could also write an email to your faculty incase you need some additional clarifications.
