i want to enroll on our class but when i put the batch id i cant join it says that i am already enrolled even though i am not

Dear John,

As per records, we see that you are already registered to the course-Job Prep-TIPQC-Speech Class Module 3. You can even attempt Quiz 1.

Please specify if its a different issue or another course. If so, please specify more details like course name etc.

I was talking about on a different course its the Job prep (TIQC-1907-0E17) sorry for the lack of data. thank you for the respond i hoping for the help i just want to enroll and take the quiz for my grades.

We cannot help you join from the backend. To do so, we need to get an email from your faculty. In addition, please reach to your faculty to check on the batch id that you are entering. If typed incorrect, it wont allow you to join.
