Green ticks are not shows

Dear Komal,

In all the three courses enrolled, we don't see any attempts for quizzes and assignments. Please reach out to your faculty regarding this . Once the faculty marks a lesson complete, only then you will be able to see them on your page and then attempt. However, for the first course on the dashboard, you have not attempted the quiz as well.

Please revert for more clarifications.

Hi Komal,

The green tick simply indicates the progress of each of the topics. Once you completely view the video or document it shows up near the listing of documents. This could take a while to get updated as well.

However, if you have watched the video by dragging or simply moving the cursor from one end to the other, it might not show the green tick. You have to watch the video completely.
