I have completed the module 2 but it is not showing Green tick on some sessions mainly that have a pdf file. It is showing incomplete again and again.

There are two highlighted areas in the screenshot attached.
1. The area where it shows "Green Tick"
2, The pdf version is not showing Green Tick and due to this this section and module is still showing incompleted.
