Batch ID generated has 13 characters. The filed where students enter BatchID has 12 characters.

Batch ID generated has 13 characters (PS901-2011-CC65). Whereas, the field where students enter BatchID accepts only 12 characters. So, students are unable to join the batch as the field does not accept the 13 character batchID provided to students. Kindly help us on how to move forward.
