I am unable to give the final assessment for the above mentioned course hence unable to complete it

I am unable to give the final assessment before the deadline.

1. Issue at Summative Assessment :- it is showing as in progress status where I have already cleared it with a passing score 67%.

2. Due to which if I try to give final exam it still asking me to completed the quiz first.

3. Error in the 3rd module completed the entire course but completion check mark not showing

Please help me ASAP in order to resolve the above issues. Awaiting for a positive response.
