May I know why my startup did not come under Potential Real Venture ?

My startup venture stated a real life problem and i was able to provide a good solution . Also my venture is moving on a good scale and I am able to put in revenue out of it. Though my milestone scores are good , May I know why my startup did not come under Potential Real Venture.........?
