Non completion of explore activity of some modules even after exploring every link thoroughly.

I am enrolled for ENABLING WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS I course.

I m also facing the same issue regarding the green tick even after completion of each and every module.

to be specific the explore activity of the following module are troubling us :

2) Communication skills (Unit 11 : ACTIVE LISTENING )

3) Customer Centrality (Unit 5 : BUILD RAPPORT WITH CUSTOMER )

4) Digital Literacy - Basics (Unit 2 : OPERATING DIGITAL DEVICES 1 )

We are unable to get a green tick on these sections. Also to bring in your notice that the designs of these mentioned explore section are different form the rest on the explore section ( which are working perfectly ).

please resolve it as soon as possible as we need to complete our course before the deadline given to us which is 20th August , 2020.
